Delivery
Items will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail within 3-4 days of ordering.
As the items are handmade there may be a slight delay in which case you will be informed. Postage and packaging are charged at £1.50.

All jewellery is handmade and therefore may have slight differences to the picture displayed.

Payments made on this website are through the secure system of PayPal.

Any information collected about you is used only for records purposes and will not be passed on to any third party.
Returns
If you find the items are not as expected you may return them within 7 days. Please contact us if you wish to return an item. You will then be issued a refund through PayPal or you can order an alternative for the same cost.
Earrings are exempt from this policy due to hygiene reasons.
If the item is damaged please notify me within 3 days and send the item back for a replacement.
All items should be returned by registered mail.
